Screen Change and T-Die: A hydraulic quick screen change device ensures fast, leak-free screen changes. The die structure is selected based on the material, with the hanger die head featuring a double-section flow design, which facilitates uniform flow distribution. This design allows for more precise thickness adjustment of the extruded plate.
Gear pump: The melt metering pump made of heat -resistant alloy steel is characterized by maintaining a constant flow unrelated to the discharge pressure to ensure the stable pressure and flow of solution.
Mold: It is made of heat-resistant alloy steel with a highly active throttling device, so that the material flow is evenly distributed in the die.
Three-Roller Calender: A 45° inclined, vertical, or horizontal three-roller calender is selected based on the plate thickness. Each roller has independent temperature control, with adjustable roller gaps. The middle roller’s adjustable angle, specially designed, ensures optimal calendering results and uniform plate (or sheet) thickness.
Cooling System: Equipped with dedicated cooling guide rollers to enhance the cooling effect. An edge-cutting device is also included to ensure consistent sheet (or plate) width and edge quality.
Winder: Features a high-torque motor and friction winding, allowing adjustable speed and winding tension. Other winding options are available to meet various requirements.
